01 · CONTEXT
Three separate bookings,
one cart.
In Straja, every type of service lived apart: lodging was booked by phone, cars through a different operator, tours through informal groups. Tourists had to piece together a stay from three separate conversations, and local partners had no shared tool for availability or pricing.
02 · APPROACH
We built a single booking engine across three different inventory types, so lodging, a car and a tour fit into the same checkout. Each partner gets an isolated back office to publish their own stock, while the operator keeps full visibility from one central panel. Bilingual throughout, from the first page to confirmation.
