AI automation for companies, for processes that no longer need doing by hand

We build AI automation and process automation for companies losing time on repetitive work: lead qualification, support replies, reports, syncing data between systems. Workflows you can inspect and control, not black boxes.

  1. 01

Process audit: we identify what is worth automating and what is not

  2. 02

Automatic lead qualification and routing workflows

  3. 03

AI automation for support, triage and first-line replies

Exactly one step in this flow uses AI. The rest are deterministic rules you can read and verify. Not every automation needs AI: we use it only where it genuinely changes the outcome.

DIAGNOSIS

The signs that a standard solution has become too expensive.

We do not start with a feature list. We start with the bottleneck costing time, conversion or control.

  • Leads qualified by hand, and late

Every hour of delay in replying to a new lead cuts the real chance of converting it.

  • Reports rebuilt by hand every week

Time lost copying data between systems for a report that should generate itself.

  • Systems that do not talk to each other

CRM, website, invoicing and support run in isolation, and the team enters the same data several times over.

DELIVERY ARCHITECTURE

What the investment includes.

One partner from the first decision to the launched product, with every component tied to a clear outcome.

At the end, all of it is yours

  • The source code, in your repository
  • Content and SEO structure, editable
  • The admin panel, no recurring licenses

PROTOTYPE · PIPELINE WITH A HUMAN IN THE LOOP

Automatic where you trust it, human where you don't.

Every message gets a confidence score from the classifier. Move the threshold and watch what passes automatically and what goes to a person for approval; you decide where the line sits.

below threshold → human review

New clauses: a person needs to read them

  1. InputEmail, form or document: any channel, one queue.
  2. ClassificationThe model extracts intent and gives a confidence score, not a verdict.
  3. Human decisionBelow the threshold, a person approves or corrects in a single screen.
  4. Tunable automationThe threshold is yours: raise it as trust grows, lower it when you want more control.
Interactive demonstration: a classifier gives every input a fixed confidence score (invoice 96, restock 88, refund 61, contract addendum 39); the adjustable threshold, 75 by default, decides what passes automatically and what enters the human review queue, where an operator approves or corrects each item before its action runs.

PROOF

Real projects. Decisions explained.

We don't show a gallery. We show how a product decision gets made and what changed after it.

  1. We start from the decision

What someone has to choose, with what data, at what risk. The screen comes after.

  2. Every piece has a written reason

Why it's there, what it replaces, what would break without it. Not out of habit.

  3. We measure what changed

One number before, one number after. If it doesn't move, we revise.

Frequently asked questions

Your question isn't here?

Write to the team. We reply the same working day, with a real answer from projects, not a form.

contact@synvora-technologies.ro
01What is the difference between automation and artificial intelligence?

Automation executes fixed rules; AI automation makes decisions based on context: classifying a message, for example, or prioritising a lead.

02Can an automation get things wrong?

Yes, which is why we build workflows with checkpoints and a visible log, rather than completely blind processes.

03How long does an automation take to implement?

From a few days for a simple workflow, up to a few weeks for complex integrations across several systems.

04Do I have to replace my existing systems?

Usually not. Automations connect on top of the systems you already use, through APIs or dedicated integrations.
